At Bear Athletes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Contact our customer service team at orders@bearathletes.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
- Ensure your return package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Bear Athletes is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement product.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at orders@bearathletes.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
