Shipping Policy

At Bear Athletes, we aim to deliver your order promptly and efficiently. Below you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping process.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (within Netherlands):

    • Standard Shipping: 3,50€ – Estimated delivery within 2 days.
  • EU Shipping:

    • Standard International: 5€ – Estimated delivery within 5days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Please allow 24hours for order processing before shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use the provided link to monitor your package's journey to your door.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship outside of the EU.
  • Bear Athletes is not responsible for delays due to shipping providers issues. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery at orders@bearathletes.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Fix it, don’t ditch it. How does it work?

If your Bear Athletes gear sustains damage from regular use—whether it’s a ripped seam, a broken buckle, or worn-out fabric—we’ll repair it free of charge. Simply send it to us, and we’ll get it back to you ready for the next adventure. Please note that while we cover the cost of return shipping, the shipping cost to send your item to us is your responsibility.

Steps:

  1. Request a Repair: Send us an email at order@bearathletes.com with details of the damage and photos of the item.
  2. Send It In: Ship your gear to our repair center. Remember, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost to us.
  3. Gear Restored: Once repaired, your gear will be returned to you, ready for more adventures.

If your gear has suffered extreme damage that cannot be repaired, we’ll take it back and responsibly recycle it. As a thank-you for choosing sustainability, we’ll provide you with a discount on your next purchase to help you gear up for future adventures.

Patches or sewing kits can be found in most stores, and we encourage you to give repairs a try! If you’d like guidance, we’re more than happy to jump on a call to walk you through the process and make sure your gear gets the care it needs.
